All sports goods are manufactured in Sialkot, Pakistan, the world's largest hub for hand-stitched footballs and sports equipment, and shipped door to door worldwide.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom jerseys and team kits?

Accepted Answer

MOQ for fully customised sublimated jerseys and team kits is typically 50–100 units per design. For sports balls and equipment, MOQ usually starts at 100–500 units depending on the product and grade. We are flexible for sampling and pilot orders — talk to us if your volumes are smaller.

What is the lead time for a custom order?

Standard lead time is 2–6 weeks from approved sample, depending on quantity, customisation and product type. Sampling normally takes 7–14 days. We share a clear production schedule once the order is confirmed.

Can I customise products with my own brand, logos and colours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CedarEx is a full OEM / white-label manufacturer. We support sublimation prints, embroidery, screen printing, custom Pantone colours, custom packaging, hangtags, neck labels and branded polybags. Send us your artwork or tech pack and we'll produce samples for approval.

Which Incoterms and shipping options do you offer?

We export under FOB Karachi, CIF, CFR and DDP to most destinations. Sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight and door-to-door courier are all available. Our team handles export documentation, customs clearance at origin and arranges last-mile delivery where required.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept wire transfer (T/T), Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight, and partial advance arrangements (typically 30–50% deposit, balance before shipment). EU clients can also settle via our Italian partner Penta Flora SRL.

Do you provide samples before bulk production?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We strongly recommend approving a physical pre-production sample before bulk manufacturing for any custom order. Sample cost depends on the product and is typically credited against the bulk order.

CedarEx Sports Global exports worldwide. Our main markets are the European Union (via Penta Flora SRL in Italy), the United Kingdom, the United States, the GCC, Africa and Southeast Asia.

Are your footballs and sports balls FIFA / IMS certified?

Accepted Answer

We manufacture match-grade balls to FIFA Quality and FIFA Quality Pro specifications, as well as IMS (International Matchball Standard) and standard training/promotional grades. Certification can be arranged for qualifying orders — please mention this in your enquiry.
